negotiation is an important skill that should be developed within all staff.
This course is designed to prepare individuals and trainers to maximize negotiation
skills within any organization. It provides a strong foundation in negotiation
and conflict management outlines key negotiation techniques, and how to implement
an effective negotiation process after the course is over.
